CRNA needed in AZ

Start Date: 3/6/2026

Work Details:
• Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
• Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
• Department description: ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Case/Procedure Experience: must have recent hospital experience.
• Practice Setting: Hospital
-Requirements:
• Board Certification: CRNA
•License required: AZ license required
• BLS or ACLS
•Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• Scheduled and no call
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• AZ License, Drive in providers only
