Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP in Phoenix, AZ

Job description

- Shifts: All 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a)
- Night Coverage: 3–6 night shifts per month, scheduled based on department need. Night shifts may be in OB or OR.
- Shift Model: Supervised Model
- Hours: Typically 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours per week). Minimum commitment of 4 weeks; flexible providers can pick up additional shifts as desired.
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting
- Current OB experience required; must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases
- Must be flexible and willing to cover a variety of shift types (days, nights, weekends, OB, OR)
- Level I Trauma Center experience preferred.
- Credentialing: AZ license - 6 weeks, IMLC - 2 months
