Solo Practice • $240/hr + T&L • Mountain Lifestyle

A new anesthesia program is launching at a regional medical center in Show Low, Arizona, and we are seeking 3–4 experienced CRNAs to support this exciting site go-live. This is a solo CRNA model with strong case variety and excellent scheduling flexibility.

Assignment Overview
Location: Show Low, AZ
Start Date: March 17
Length of Need: 3 months ongoing (long-term options available)
Openings: 3–4 CRNAs
Practice Model: CRNA-only / Solo practice
EMR: Cerner
Schedule & Coverage
Monday–Friday
Flexible options:
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
5 × 10-hour shifts
Overtime paid over 50 hours/week
Post-call day off guaranteed
Additional post-OB float days available

Compensation
$240/hr + Travel & Lodging
$250/hr for overtime hours
Travel & lodging fully covered

Case Mix
~6,500 cases annually
Primary: General, Orthopedics, OB/GYN
Also includes: ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, Vascular
OB required
Regional/Blocks:
No nerve catheters
Occasional blocks: PECS, Serratus Plane, Erector Spinae, TAP, Cervical Plexus

Requirements
NBCRNA
Active Arizona CRNA license required
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Comfortable practicing independently in a solo model
OB experience required
