Shift Details: Scheduled clinic hours plus call
Schedule: Must be willing share weeknight and weekend call. 8 hour shifts ONLY Monday-Friday & call weekday and Weekend
Call requirements: required

Work Details:
• Patient population/age: Adult
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills required: Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks.

Requirements:
• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• License required: Active AZ license
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS – AHA or ARC
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days (or asap), temp available

• Ongoing - 3 months to start
• Must be willing to share on call on weeknights and weekends
• EMR: Cerner
