Phoenix, AZ

Assignment Details

* Assignment Length: 26 weeks (flexible based on provider availability)
* Shift Lengths: 10- and 12-hour shifts
* Schedule: 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours weekly)
* Minimum Commitment: 3 weeks and 3 shifts per week
* Additional Shifts Available for providers seeking extra hours

Scheduling Requirements

* Must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends
* At least one full weekend shift per month required
* Night coverage required (approximately 3–6 night shifts per month)
* Night shifts may be scheduled in either OB or OR based on departmental needs
* Facility is open to providers interested in dedicated night coverage

Practice Model

* Supervised CRNA model

Required Experience

* Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting
* Full-scope CRNA experience required
* Current OB experience required
* Must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases
* Experience with pediatric and neuro/head cases required
* Ability to work across multiple clinical settings, including OB and OR

Preferred Experience

* Level I Trauma Center experience
