CRNA Needed – Phoenix, Arizona
A healthcare facility in Arizona is seeking a CRNA for an ongoing locum opportunity.
Assignment Details
• ASAP Start
• Ongoing assignment
• Minimum commitment of 3 shifts per week
• Schedule: Minimum 3x12-hour shifts weekly
• Required to work 3 in-house 24-hour OB call shifts per month
• Credentialing: Approximately 30-60 days
Practice Details
• Care Team / Supervision model
• Level I Trauma Center
• Epic EMR
Cases: Level I Trauma, OB, Regional Blocks.
Requirements
• Active Arizona license required
• ACLS
• BLS
• No new graduates
Compensation
• $225/hr (All-Inclusive)
• Travel and lodging are not provided
