Job description

Opportunity Highlights:
ASAP start with ongoing need
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
10-20 shifts per month (3+ weeks/month preferred)
Off-site beeper call rotation
Care Team/Supervision model
Cases include General, Ortho, GI, OB/GYN, and occasional Cath Lab
No hearts or neuro
EPIC EMR
30-day credentialing with temporary privileges available for clean files

Requirements:
Active Arizona CRNA license required at submission
NBCRNA Board Certification
ACLS & PALS
Minimum experience required (no new grads)
Clean background and malpractice history
