Job description

A CRNA is needed for an ongoing locum assignment in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area.

Highlights:
ASAP start with a 3-month minimum commitment
Minimum 3x12-hour shifts per week
3 in-house 24-hour OB call shifts per month
Care Team/Supervision model
Level I Trauma, OB, regional blocks, and broad case mix
EPIC EMR
Active Arizona license required
30–60 day credentialing
$225/hr all-inclusive
