Schedule: We are in need of full time anesthesia clinic coverage starting in April 2026. Schedule will be Monday- Friday from 7am-4pm. Would prefer one physician who has full time availability but will look at providers to pair coverage.

· Patient population/age: adult, pediatric
· Providers Requested: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: general, adult, pediatric, vent management, evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License Only
· DEA: Yes
· Include current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
