Start: Ongoing

Schedule:
12-hour shifts
Start times vary (6:30a, 9:30a, 11:30a)
Weekend requirement (approx. 3/month)
Flexible scheduling based on availability

Setting:
Academic medical center
Level 1 trauma
EPIC EMR

Practice Model:
Medical direction
Supervision (1 MD : up to 3 CRNAs)
Teaching environment with residents

Cases:
General, ortho, GYN
High-acuity trauma patients
No OB, no peds, no hearts
