Minimum 2 weeks/month (flexible coverage)
No call, no weekends

Setting:
Outpatient surgery center
Lower daily volume
Epic EMR

Practice Model:
Independent / small team environment

Cases:
Pediatric surgery
General anesthesia
Vent management
Acute BP/volume management
