Position Highlights: • Autonomous practice with strong clinical support and a collaborative team environment. • Join an established group of 3 CRNAs. • 75th percentile base salary with a highly competitive total compensation package. • 4-day workweek designed for real balance. • Shared call (Fridays only, ~2 per month). • Broad case mix: General, Orthopedics, Pain, ENT, GYN, Dental, and Ophthalmology. • 6 weeks PTO + $7,500 CME allowance.
