Position Overview:
A facility in Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking experienced CRNAs for a 1099 assignment in a fully independent anesthesia practice. This opportunity offers a broad case mix, significant autonomy, and multiple coverage blocks throughout the fall and winter.

Assignment Highlights:
• All-CRNA practice model
• Independent anesthesia practice
• Temporary privileges available for qualified providers
• Multiple coverage blocks available through January
• Broad surgical case variety
• Opportunity for both scheduled coverage and call-only coverage

Schedule:
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Call Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Call every other night with weekend call responsibilities in between assignments

Practice Setting:
• Hospital-based
• Independent CRNA practice environment
• EMR: EPIC

Case Mix Includes:
• Endoscopy
• Orthopedics
• OB/GYN
• General Surgery
• Healthy Pediatric Cases
• Urology
• Dental Procedures

Required Skills:
• Regional Blocks
• Spinals
• Epidurals
• Ability to practice independently across multiple specialties

Requirements:
• Active ACLS (AHA Required)
• BLS Required
• PALS Required
• Active unrestricted license preferred
• Clean background and malpractice history required for temporary privileges

Credentialing Timeframe:
• Approximately 60–90 days
• Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates

Coverage Dates Needed:
• September 4–7 (Call Only)
• September 8–13 (2 providers needed)
• October 10–16
• November 2–13
• November 30 – December 4
• December 18–25
• December 28 – January 3
