Start: ASAP (ongoing need)

Schedule:
4x10s or 5x10s (4–5 shifts per week)
Optional call

Setting:
Level 1 trauma center
Large academic hospital
All age groups (including high-acuity cases)
Epic EMR

Practice Model:
Medically directed / supervised
Working alongside MDs, CRNAs, and residents

Cases:
High-acuity, complex surgical cases
Wide variety across specialties
