Location: Naples, Florida (3-site coverage – cross-credentialed)
Start: December
End: May (likely ongoing)
Commitment: 3–6 months
Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia (multiple departments, high-volume)
Shifts: 8s, 10s, 12s available
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday
Call: None (occasional rare call at one site)
Orientation: 1 day

📌 Position Overview
This assignment covers three hospital campuses within Naples. Providers will be cross-credentialed at all locations. High-volume environment with a broad case mix and multiple shift options. Must live 75+ miles from Naples to qualify.

🕒 Shift Structure

1st site:
8s, 10s, 12s (Mon–Fri)
Occasional weekend call possible
Suite coverage includes: 3 Endo, 2 CV ORs, 3 Cath Labs, 1 IR

2nd site:
10s & 12s (Mon–Fri)
2 Endo suites, 1 Cath Lab
Peds dental cases at this site only

3rd site:
8s & 10s
Monthly Expectation: 15–20 shifts
No weekend call for CRNAs

⚙️ Requirements
Active FL CRNA license or license in process
Must meet 75-mile residential requirement
EMR: AneScan + Cerner
Credentialing: 60–90 days
Temps available depending on availability

💰 Pay & Logistics
$190/hr + Travel & Lodging
Lodging reimbursed up to $150/night
Lodging covered night before and night after shift blocks
Strict cancellation policy (financial penalties for late cancellations)

75-mile minimum distance requirement for candidates (effective Nov 2025)
Cross-credentialing required at all campuses
Coverage anticipated well into 2026
