Job description

• Length of shifts: 4x10, 5x8, 4x12, 5x10
• Cases: General, Ortho, Urology, ENT, GI, Spine, GYN
• Supervision Model: Medical Direction
• Blocks/Spinals/Epidurals: Not required
• EMR/Charting: EPIC experience required; no new grads
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
