Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 8 hour shifts
Shifts that need covered: 01/20, 01/22, 01/27, 01/29.
More dates may be added throughout the year to pick up
No Pediatrics

Credentialing Timeframe: Temp privs
Active FL License Required
