CRNA's - Come to North Miami Beach, FL!!!

** Out of State providers ONLY for this position **

FULL TIME or PART TIME accepted. PT minimum of 2 weeks per month. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IN APRIL! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Length of need: 6 + months
EMR: Cerner
8 Operating Rooms - 6 ORs + NORA & OB
No Trauma designation
Care Team Model: 12 CRNA / 6 MD
Medically Directed Supervised - YES
OB deliveries per month 160
Types of Cases: GI, neuro, OB, GYN, healthy PEDS greater than 2 yoa, ortho, regional blocks
must be willing to do both OR and OB and/or work a combination (little supervision for both)
Primary shifts will be in the OR (8 to 10s) but they will need to be flexible in case they are needed in OB (12s and 24s).
Five Man Team in OB (two 24s and 12s here and there. Main OR (10s and 12s)
OB Dedicated CRNA In House 24/7; MD In House (OB suite & OR), and MD back up call
OB Mon - Sun (5 person rotation); OR Mon - Fri
OB: 2 24-hour shifts and occasional 12-hour shift OR : 7a - 3:30pm, 7a - 5:30pm
OB experience is REQUIRED (will have support), need CRNAs that will do both MOR and OB Shifts.
Will NOT accept OB only CRNA locums.
Open to non-licensed providers as long as they have full-time availability. Proof of application must be submitted to be able to start credentialing. License will need to be submitted before credentialing file can be submitted to the Medical Staff Office (MSO)
