Assignment Details:
Start: 8/24/2026
Credentialing: 60-90 days
Schedule: 3x12 or 4x10 non-consecutive day shifts (12s preferred)
No call required
Contract: 6 months
Minimum 2 years of experience required

Practice Details:
Multiple facility coverage opportunities within the health system
Cross-credentialing includes HealthPark Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital, Coconut Point, and Cape Coral Hospital
EMR: Epic

Cases:
General and Endoscopy cases. Providers must be comfortable supporting EP labs, Watchman procedures, spinal anesthesia, and pediatric patients ages 10 and older.
