Assignment Details:
Start: 8/3/2026
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days with emergency privileges available
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) plus Thursday (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
No call required
Contract: 3-6 months

Practice Details:
Ambulatory Surgery Center setting
CRNA-only/Hybrid practice model
Paper charting
Minimum 2 years of experience required

Cases: Pain management, orthopedics, and spine procedures.
