Job description

Start: November
Contract: 3 months
Schedule: Full-time only — 4x10s, 2x12s + 2x8s, or 3x12s, Monday–Friday
Weekend Coverage: 1–2 providers needed for Saturday & Sunday 12-hour shifts
OB: Must be comfortable with OB
Cases: General, neuro, vascular, endo, cath/IR, ortho, urology, head & neck
EMR: Epic
License: Florida
Certifications: ACLS, NBCRNA
Travel: Reimbursement-based
Credentialing: 60 days
