CRNA needed in Fort Myers, FL

Job description

-Dates: ASAP - Ongoing

-Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

-Length of Contract: 6 Months

-Shift: 4x10 or 3x12 non consecutive. Need to be open to both.

-Medical Direction

-Types of cases: General, Endo
Must be able to support:
• EP labs
• Watchman procedures
• Spinal anesthesia
• Pediatric cases for patients ages 10 and over

-EMR: Epic

-Other: Active FL license and minimum 2 years of experience

• Ongoing for 6 months
• No weekends and No call
• Cases included General and Endo
