Work Schedule: 5x8s; 7am-3pm

Call: No

Case Types: Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic

Ages of patients? Adults, PEDs not required but preferre

Must have Active GA License or IMLC

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 14 days
