Job description

June Dates are: 3rd, 10th, 11th, 15th, 19th, 25th, 26th, 29th

Types of cases: All ENT and Cosmetic cases - all ages.

Number of ORs: 2 total ORs;

# of MDAs daily (Supervised or not Supervised): 1 MDA needed; MDA will supervise and perform cases

Board Certified: Yes, certification is required.

# of CRNAs daily: 1

# of Surgeons: 6

# of cases per day: 5-8 cases per day; this number could fluctuate from day to day

Podiatry - are blocks required: no podiatry

Ortho - are blocks required: no ortho

OB Required (epidurals): No OB

Weekday hours: 6:30 AM - 5PM

Weekend hours: No weekends

Call: No call

Charting - EMR Or Paper: Hybrid - both EMR and Paper

Credentialing timeframe: ASAP up to 30 days
