• Patient Age Group: adults
• Procedures: Cardiac Cheif will want to see the locums caselogs for caridac, thoracic, and vascular cases. Their cardiac program is very advanced. Someone with LVAD experience would be ideal.

Requirements:
• Board Certification in Cardiac Anesthesia Req’d
• State License(s): GA
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: At least 4 years experience at a hospital with an advanced cardiac program.

Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
