Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Full-Time Hospital Coverage

We are seeking dedicated CRNAs to provide full-time anesthesia coverage at a busy, 378-bed hospital. Join a high-acuity practice setting with a diverse case mix and a supportive supervision model. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking consistent scheduling, broad clinical exposure, and collaboration within a strong anesthesia care team.

Practice Details:
Patient population includes adolescents through geriatrics, with 90%+ of patients over age 12. CRNAs will perform spinal blocks and may occasionally place arterial lines (not required). No epidurals, central lines, or regional blocks required. Candidates must be comfortable managing Level II Trauma cases in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Consistent, Full-Time Schedule: 40 hours/week, continuous coverage in a large hospital setting
• Diverse Case Mix: General surgery, ortho, spine, neuro, plastics, gyn, GI, structural hearts, IR, EP, and more (no open heart, burns, transplants, or OB)
• Team-Based Model: Supervision ratio max 4:1 across 17 ORs, 7 DSC, plus cath labs, endo, radiology, and specials
