Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Interventional CRNA to join a high-acuity hospital team in Idaho. This ongoing assignment offers a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling, call opportunities, and competitive holiday pay while working alongside a collaborative anesthesia department.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: August 2026
• Schedule: 40 hours per week with a combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
• Shift Times: Day shifts generally scheduled between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)
• Additional Coverage: Includes one 24-hour shift and one 16-hour shift weekly as needed
• Call Requirements: One weekend call shift per month and two weeknight call shifts per month
• Scheduling Notice: Six-week schedules provided in advance
• Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work the Christmas holiday period (December 21 – January 1 blackout for RTO)
• Holiday Pay Available

Work Details
• Specialty: CRNA
• Patient Population: Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients, with over 90% of cases involving patients age 12 and older
• EMR: Epic
• Facility Size: 378-bed hospital
• Operating Environment: 17 main operating rooms, 7 day surgery center suites, plus cath labs, interventional radiology, endoscopy, MRI, and specialty procedural areas
• Practice Model: Supervision-based anesthesia care

• General Surgery • Gynecology • Orthopedics • Spine • Craniotomy Procedures
• Plastic Surgery • Thoracic/Lung Cases • Healthy Pediatrics • Ophthalmology
• Gastroenterology • Structural Heart Procedures • Electrophysiology (EP)
• Endoscopy • Interventional Radiology • MRI Anesthesia • Level II Trauma Cases

CRNAs perform spinal blocks and may occasionally place arterial lines. Regional blocks, epidurals, and central lines are not required.

Practice Setting
• Hospital-Based Anesthesia Department

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Open to licensing assistance. IMLC candidates welcome.
• DEA: Required
• CSR: Required
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred; candidates with 6+ months of experience may be considered

Credentialing
• Approximately 30–45 days for licensed providers
• Approximately 90–120 days for providers obtaining Idaho licensure
