📍 Location: Idaho

📅 Start Date: January 4, 2027
Contract Length: 6 months

🕒 Shift Description: Four 10-hour day shifts per week, generally 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility. Approximately 90% of patients are over age 12.

🗓 Shift Schedule: 40 scheduled hours per week. Providers receive their schedule six weeks at a time.

🏥 Practice Setting: Hospital
Patient Population: Adolescent, child, adult, and geriatric
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 30–45 days if licensed; up to 90–120 days if licensing is required.
