Locum CRNA Opportunity | Boise & Nampa, Idaho

Our client is seeking full-time CRNAs to provide anesthesia coverage across two locations in Boise and Nampa, Idaho. Assignment starts January 4, 2027, with 40 guaranteed hours per week and the option to continue for up to 12 consecutive months.

ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW
- Locations: Boise & Nampa, ID
- Start Date: January 4, 2027
- Coverage: Full-time only (40 hours/week guaranteed)
- Openings: 1+ (client actively seeking additional CRNAs)
- Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
- Temporary/Emergency Privileges: Not available

SCHEDULE & CALL
- Flexible shifts required: 8s, 10s (preferred), 12s, and occasional 14s
- Call is required: approx. one weeknight per month and one weekend
- Candidates must be willing to work all shift lengths and night call as needed
- Not suitable for candidates needing frequent/monthly travel arrangements

PRACTICE & CASE MIX
- 17 Main ORs and 7 Day Surgery Center ORs
- Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Radiology, and procedural areas
- Trauma cases
- All ages, with 90%+ of patients over age 12
- Spinal blocks only (no regional anesthesia blocks)
- EMR: Epic

ASSIGNMENT LENGTH
- Up to 12 consecutive months, followed by a required 6-month break before returning for another 12-month period

REQUIREMENTS
- NBCRNA certification
- Idaho DEA
- Idaho Controlled Substance Registration (CSR/CDS)
- BLS
- Idaho license highly preferred at submission
- Full-time availability and willingness to take call
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
