The facility operates under an autonomous CRNA practice model within a structured on-site clinical environment, utilizing one primary operating room with a second available for backup. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought for the specified dates to address staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services with 24x7 call coverage, including weekend coverage, from November 22 0700 through November 29 0700. The typical schedule consists of 5x8-hour shifts or fewer, depending on surgical volume, with 24-hour call shifts structured for low-volume needs. The surgical case mix includes General Surgery with Foregut and Bariatrics, T&A, family medicine procedures, vein surgery, C-sections, ER airway management, and sedation for fracture care; half-day surgeries and endoscopies are scheduled on weekdays. Prescriptive authority is required, and board certification requirements are negotiable for qualified clinicians.
