Overview:
Full-time CRNA coverage in Boise, ID, flexing to the Nampa facility when needed, with call required.

Schedule & Coverage:
Specialty: CRNA. Contract Length: 6 months. Shift Details: 40 hours of scheduled work per week. Locum will work at Boise, flexing to Nampa facility for coverage when needed. All shifts listed are required — please only submit candidates willing to work the below: It will vary week to week as to hours each day, moving between 8s, 10s, and 12s. They also need coverage for a 24-hour + 16-hour shift per week. Facility only looking at full-time locums. No block scheduling. Call is required. Call Requirements by Facility: Boise — Call will be 2 weeknights per month and 1 weekend per month. Nampa — Call 1x per week (either weekday or weekend). Schedule: Locums will receive their schedule for 4–6 weeks at a time. Title: CRNA. On Call: Yes.

Work Details:
Amount of coverage needed per month: Continuous full-time coverage, 40 hours per week. Patient population/age: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of patients are over age 12. Department description: Number of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology. They are to perform supervision-based anesthesia here. EMR: EPIC. Hospital bed size: 378. Skills required: Gyn, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, Interventional radiology, MRI. No burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds or OB. Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases. CRNAs will not perform their own Regional Anesthesia/Blocks, but do perform Spinal Blocks. Occasionally they will have chance to do arterial lines (not a requirement); no locums will do epidurals or central lines. Practice Setting: Hospital. Supervision Model: Max 4:1 ratio.

Requirements:
Board Certification: BC required. License required: Open to licensing. DEA: Yes. CSR: Yes. Minimum experience required: 1 year (will consider 6 months, but this is the minimum).

Credentialing:
About 30–45 days if licensed. If non-licensed/pending license, can take up to 90–120 days.
