Job description

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days/week — Regular hours required; OT not expected but offered
• Assignment: Ongoing
• Cases: General, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics (healthy children: BMT/T&A, occasionally appendices)
• Facility: Community Hospital; no trauma cases
• Supervision Model: MDs supervising CRNAs (3 CRNAs to 1 MD); MDs do not do their own cases
• Site Charting System: Epic
• License: IL license preferred; candidates willing to obtain license considered
• Credentialing Timeline: 90 days (expedited privileges offered)
• Completion Bonus: $10,000 one-time
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
