Practice Setting:

15 anesthesia rooms
Care team model
2:1 CRNA to MD ratio
MDs both supervise and perform their own cases
EMR: iPro

Requirements:

NBCRNA certification (required)
Active Illinois license (must already be licensed – no exceptions)

Credentialing:

Estimated 60-day privileging timeframe
