Position Overview:
A highly respected hospital system in Winfield, Illinois (Chicago area) is seeking a CRNA for a 1099 assignment with a consistent full-time schedule. This opportunity offers a medical direction model, diverse case exposure, and excellent support staff in a busy perioperative environment.

Assignment Highlights:
• Full-time coverage needed: 4 weeks per month
• Schedule: 4x10s per week
• No call requirements listed
• $375 per shift travel allowance for non-local providers
• Illinois locals eligible for mileage and toll reimbursement
• Free parking provided
• Medical Direction practice model

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Shift hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with 30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Arrival time: 6:30 AM

Work Details:
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• EMR: Epic
• 39 total anesthetizing locations

24 Operating Rooms
Procedural areas including GI, IR, and other specialties
• Additional ambulatory surgery center approximately 10 minutes from the hospital
• Locums may be privileged for both hospital and ASC locations

Clinical Environment:
• Approximately 6–7 CRNAs scheduled daily
• Team of 9 employed CRNAs
• Approximately 30–35 physicians scheduled daily
• Team of 57 employed anesthesiologists

Practice Model:
• Medical Direction

Requirements:
• Active Illinois CRNA license required at submission
• Must be licensed in Illinois (facility is not willing to license)

Credentialing Timeframe:
• Approximately 90 days

Travel & Reimbursement:
• $375 per shift allowance for non-local providers
• Mileage and toll reimbursement available for qualifying Illinois/Chicago-area providers driving to the assignment
