CRNA needed in Chicago, IL:
• Start Date: November 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s
• Call Requirements: Call recommended
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Job Details: OB/Gyn, Endo, Ortho, General, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Thoracic, Vascular, Urology, Bariatrics, Pain, Occasional non-operating room anesthesia locations (MRI, Cath lab)

Requirements:
• State License: Active IL license required
• Credentialing: 90 days
