CRNA - 2 week/month to Full Time - Chicago IL

Job description

Position Highlights:

Ongoing assignment with strong extension potential
Start date: Upon credentialing (approximately 90 days)
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM)
5x10-hour shifts are also available if preferred
Will consider 2–3 weeks per month 

Facility Details:
Community hospital with a very CRNA-friendly culture
Bread-and-butter cases only
Requirements:
Active Illinois lic.
Credentialing takes approximately 90 days
