4 10s – will do 5 10s if desired – If you choose to do 5 10s the 5th day is paid as your OT rate
They really want full timers so for now they are only accepting people that can do every week coverage – they will accommodate around weeks off for vacation still.
About the facility:
Kishwaukee is a community hospital located a little over an hour outside of Chicago.
All bread and butter cases. No Neuro, No cardiac.
5 main ORs, 2 endoscopy suites
Very CRNA Friendly environment (striving to only hire physicians that foster a good environment)
EMR: Epic
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
