Job description

• PRN only - Shift Options: M–F, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Top 1% Industry Pay
• Supervision model with surgeons doing the blocks
• Daily Providers Needed: CRNA 4–5; MD 1
• Annual Case Mix: Ophthalmology 4,200; Cataract 5,000; Retina 1,500
• Points of Service: 4–5
• Referral Bonus: $500 received for any referral who works 30 days
• Call Compensation: Competitive rate for weeknight call + premium if called in; weekend call equals 6 regular hours per day + premium when called in
