• Schedule: Daily 8- and 10-hour in-house shifts, plus 24-hour beeper; Weekend Call 1 per week
• Assignment: Ongoing
• Cases: Mix General
• Yearly Case Volume: ~400
• Operating Rooms: 2
• Total Anesthetizing Locations: 2
• EMR/Charting: Epic
• Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 days
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
