Job description

Ongoing 5 weeks on / 1 week off
*Requires OB and blocks
Primary & Secondary call, up to date on OB and blocks. Looking for full time ongoing 9CRNA)
Secondary Call Rate same as primary call
Any Supervision: By MDs
Types of Cases Required: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
Caselogs Required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
Number of providers during the day: 6
EMR System: Meditech
Other Licensure Requirements: COI - IN PCF required.
