Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
Number of providers during the day: 1
Number of OR's: 1
Number of Endo Room: 0
Number of CV room: 0
Number of Catho Lab room: 0
Number of IR room: 0
EMR System: Medaxion
Additional Facts Regarding Site: heavy endo, 15 min turnovers, call backs are minimal but average call backs is 2.5 per month, sometimes can be called in for difficult intubations in the ER.
