Location - Fort Wayne, Indiana

Credentialing Time Frame - 30 days

Length of Contract - 3 to 6 months

Length of Shift - 5x8s, 40 hr WWG

EMR - Cerner

Types of Cases - Endo, OB, General, Ortho
*CRNAs need to be able to do blocks, spinals and epidurals*

Must have experience working in Independent Model Practice

Medical Malpractice Provided

• No Call
