Job description

CRNA opportunity available in Indiana
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 6 months with possible extension
Schedule: 7a – 3p (Monday-Friday) + call
Additional Details:
- Case mix: Endo, Podiatry, Ortho, OB/Gyn, ENT, some PEDS
- Must have OB and block skills

Licensure: Active IN license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
