Independent CRNA Locums – Rochester, IN (High Autonomy)

Looking for more autonomy in your practice? Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA for a locum tenens opportunity in Rochester, Indiana. This is a rare chance to work in a fully independent, CRNA-led environment with a strong case mix and supportive team.

Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weeknight Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
- Weekend Call: 24-hour coverage (Sat/Sun)
- Setting: Community hospital
- Independent, all-CRNA practice model
- EPIC EMR

Case Mix: Endo, Ortho, OB/Gyn, ENT, Podiatry, some Pediatrics
OB and regional blocks are a key part of this role

Requirements:
- Active CRNA certification
- Strong experience in OB and regional anesthesia/block techniques (required)
- Comfortable practicing independently
