CRNA Locums – Indiana | Independent Practice + OB + Ongoing Need

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a skilled CRNA for a locum tenens opportunity in Northeast, Indiana offering strong autonomy, a mix of surgical and OB cases, and flexible scheduling options.

Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- One provider daily works 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weeknight Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend Call: 24-hour


Coverage Needs:
- Ongoing full weeks
- Open to PRN or full-week availability

Clinical Overview:
- Case mix: General, Orthopedic, OB, GYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry
- No high-risk OB; C-sections performed in main OR
- CRNAs perform epidurals and regional/spinal blocks

Practice Environment:
- Independent practice model
- Team: 3 providers daily (4 on busier days)

- EMR: EPIC

Additional Details:
- Credentialing: 60–90 days (expedited options available)
- Temporary privileges possible
- 8-hour daily guarantees
