CRNA Locums – Indiana | Independent Practice + Block Scheduling

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced CRNA for a high-acuity locum tenens opportunity in Northern Indiana. This role offers true independence, a diverse and complex case mix, and a structured block schedule.

Position Details:
- Schedule: M–F, 7:30am-3:30pm (mix of 8s/10s possible)
- Occasional 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM shifts
- ASC hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- reach out for specific weeks of coverage needed

Call:
- 3 weeknights/month
- Weekend call: ~7 weekends/year
- Post-call day off for primary call

Clinical Overview:
- High-acuity case mix: General, Ortho, Urology, GYN, Cancer, Liver, OB
- Additional: Vascular, ENT, Radiology, Pulmonary, Podiatry
~2,100 endoscopy cases annually (ASC setting)
Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks

Practice Environment:
- Independent practice model – CRNAs and MDs run their own cases
- 8 ORs + ASC
- Team: 9 providers/day
- EMR: MedAxion

Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active IN license
- Case logs required

Additional Details:
- Credentialing: 60–90 days (temps available)
