2026 Openings
Strict date-specific availability, including multiple coverage blocks across:
• June through December 2026 (multiple listed weeks including June 15–21, July, August, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec rotations)

Facility Overview
• Critical access hospital (~25 inpatient beds)
• Independent CRNA-only anesthesia model (no MD supervision)
• EPIC EMR
• Efficient OR flow with strong CRNA-led culture
• Annual case volume ~1,991 cases

Clinical Scope
High-variety case mix including:
• Endoscopy (~1,000 cases annually)
• OB / GYN (OB call required)
• Orthopedics
• ENT
• Podiatry
• Some pediatric cases
• General outpatient surgical anesthesia

Required Skills
• OB anesthesia experience (required)
• Regional anesthesia / block skills (strongly preferred/required)
• Independent CRNA practice experience required
• Comfortable managing full OB + OR call responsibilities
