Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:
• Must work mandatory orientation on July 8th and shifts on July 9th and 10th (8am-4pm)
• Must be enrolled in PCF prior to assignment
• Provider must live 90+ miles from facility
• Active Indiana license required (IMLC not accepted)
• Board certification required with ATLS and PALS certifications
• Credentialing documents must be submitted within 7 days of bid acceptance
• CAQH Questionnaire completion required
• Must be credentialed and enrolled prior to start date
• Ventilation management capabilities required
• Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues required
• Central Line, Arterial Line, and PA Catheter placement skills required
• CRNA supervision experience required
• General anesthesia experience preferred for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma cases
• Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia experience preferred
• Pain management techniques and various block procedures preferred
• Experience with obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, and complex orthopedic cases preferred

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
