CRNA – Indiana | Independent Practice + 3 On / 1 Off

Position Details
Monday–Friday, primarily 7:30a–3:30p
Mix of 8 & 10-hour shifts
3 weeks on / 1 week off
CRNAs work independently and perform their own cases
No medical direction or supervision
High-acuity case mix including General, Ortho, Urology, GYN, High-Risk OB, Liver, Vascular, ENT, Pulmonary & Endoscopy
Approximately 1,300 births/year
High-risk OB including VBACs
Must be proficient with spinals, blocks & epidurals
8 ORs
Main hospital + ASC coverage
MedAxion
Weeknight call approximately 3 nights/month
Weekend call approximately 7 weekends/year
Primary call is in-house with post-call day off
Secondary call has a 30-minute response time
Approximately 60–90 day credentialing
Temporary privileges available for qualifying clean files
