We are seeking a Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Iowa.

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adults and pediatric patients
Setting: Hospital-based (2 operating rooms; Trauma Level 4)
Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia coverage for cataracts, colonoscopies, EGDs, minor surgeries, total hips/knees, scopes, and other procedures; work independently with surgeon present
Required Procedures: General surgery adult and pediatric, minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, regional anesthesia, ventilation management, local infiltration, spinal for total knees
EMR System: Epic (4–5 hour training required)
Support Staff: Surgical techs, RNs, other CRNAs, surgeons
Days Per Month: Flexible shifts; local providers preferred
On-Call/Weekends: No

Submission Requirements:
NBCRNA – Required
Active Iowa License – Required
BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required
COVID vaccinated – Required
Local / within driving distance – Required
